How do I download the app?

Download the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play store by searching “1Pointe.” Then, register for your benefits by verifying your plan information. Review your information in Settings. You can invite adult dependents to register, too!
Where do I find digital ID cards?

Find your digital ID cards in the app by clicking “ID Cards” in the left side menu, or visit 1pointe.medxoom.com and click “ID Cards”
I can't log in. What do I do?
