  • Where can I find a list of providers in network?

    To find an in-network provider near you, log into your mobile app or desktop portal and click “Provider Search.” There you can find the highest quality and most affordable option in your area.

  • Where do I pay my bill?

    You can pay your healthcare bills on your mobile app or desktop portal using EZ Pay. Login and navigate to the claim you would like to pay. If the claim says “Ready to Pay,” then you can input your payment details and you’re all set!
